Future Ringing Events at All Saints’ Church, Kempston

The church bells are rung regularly before Sunday morning services and on Wednesday evenings when the local band meets to practice.  There are also other occasions when the bells are rung, such as for weddings, funerals and events of national importance. We occasionally also receive visiting bands of bell ringers who are drawn to the tower because it houses the only ring of ten bells in the county.

In addition to these fixtures, we have been asked to ring for about seven weddings that take place on Saturdays and one wedding that takes place on a Friday. We normally ring for about half an hour on these occasions. Other arrangements may well materialise, particularly around Christmas and New Year.
